Price and practical info

This year’s summer session will take place in Lithuania 18th July – 25th July, 2015.

The city of Druskininkai is situated by the Nemunas River in the southern part of Lithuania. It has a population of 14 172 and has been a spa resort since the 19th century.
The venue of the Summer Session 2015 is here Europa Royale Druskininkai hotel, which is a beautiful place, situated in the old town. The hotel is directly connected with the oldest health care centre in Druskininkai.
The venue is also close to Druskininkai Water Park (300 m); Grütas Park (10 km or ca. 14 min. drive); the Bus Station (1km or ca 13 min walk); the unique live music restaurant Kolonada (250 m or 3 min walk); and the shopping area (400 m).

As the travel and accommodation to Lithuania may not be in reach for those with less income or otherwise low on financial means such as students, NSU have scholarships (each beneficiary only pay 100 euro (= 916 SEK) + travel) and grants (each beneficiary only pay 150 euro (= 1373 SEK) + travel) which can be applied according to the NSU rules (please, read the information here: http://nsuweb.org/w2014/application)

Regular participation fee depends on type of accommodation you select (prices are in euro and include accommodation with meals):

Double room + 2 extra beds	232 per person
Luxus double + 2 extra beds	261 per person
Double room + 1 extra bed	276 per person
Double room	280 per person
Luxus double + 1 extra bed	327 per person
Luxus double	348 per person
Single room	407 per person

Children (max 2 in deluxe or suite; max 1 in standard room) under 3 years can stay free of charge in their parents’ room. Children (max 2 in deluxe or suite; max 1 in standard room) from 4 to 7 years can stay for additional 18 Eur per child, from 8 to 14 years for additional 26 EUR. Extra bed for children and crib available upon request free of charge.  The total price (accommodation with meals) for the week for a child  is the following:
